Under this smart-care cover, any peripheral damage of the laptop will be fixed or repaired free of charge by Techspot.

NB coverage only available for laptops in in good condition

Regular Policy Covers;

  • Virus attacks / Driver Malfunctioning
  • Corrupted Operation System
  • All other Software Problems
  • Periodic servicing and update of batches

Comprehensive Smart-Care Policy

Techspot Service

Protection Plan price: GHC 1,000 <> Coverage: 12 months

GHC 4,000 for 5 laptops
Under this smart-care cover, any peripheral damage of the laptop will be fixed or repaired free of charge by Techspot.

Peripherals Covered under this policy include;

*Touch pad & Mouse
*Battery
*Charger
*Ram
*Hard Disk
*CPU fan
*Cables
*CD/DVD Drive

This Smart-Care Cover does not cover all other peripherals apart from the ones listed above.

  • Accidental Damage of any covered peripheral
  • Corrupted Operating Systems

  • All other Software Problems
  • Office 360 & Anti-virus

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

  • Any and all pre-existing conditions that occur prior to the coverage start date of this protection plan.
  • Intentional damage.
  • Lost, stolen, or irretrievable items.
  • Any product that is fraudulently described or materially misrepresented.
  • Defects due to the initial installation, assembly or hookup of your products.
  • Claims made under any improperly or incorrectly purchased protection plan.
  • Cosmetic damage to case or cabinetry or other non-operating parts or components, which does not affect the functionality of the covered product.
  • Please note that Techspot smart-care policies protect only COVERED peripherals of a laptop computer apart from processor & Motherboard
